It is very relaxing to sit on a table while looking at the people passing by and inviting those who are serving a meal near you to discuss about tastes.
For sure, most of them decide to talk about the last taste they remember- the taste of the food they just had. And being a cafe with thai specific, almost all the courses have a very spicy taste. This is why people were more ''keen'' on the ''Spicy Bud'' board than the other ones.
So I decided to ''recall'' a bitter experience and I filled in my thoughts on a little ''bitter tongue''. The bitter reminds me from my childhood, when I used to peel green nuts and then ''taste'' my bitter fingertips. Bitter for me is also the skin with tan on it.
The little tongues are supposed to be some kind of puzzle pieces and putted together to form a ''flower'' of tastes.
I really had a ''bitter-sweet'' experience. And this is only the beginning. Let's see what it's going to happen further...
